Beyond The Curve is a highly regarded HR Company based in WA, with a staff presence in Perth. Established in 2015 by experienced and accredited HR professional Lana Thomas, the business can provide a full suite of HR support services across diverse industries.

Lana founded Beyond the Curve Consulting to provide professional HR support to small and medium-sized businesses that can't maintain a full-time HR staff. She recognised a demand for assistance with recruitment and performance management processes. 

Having lived and worked in the Pilbara for over a decade, Lana leverages her experience to provide up-to-date, professional service and advice to clients nationwide, together with her team of HR specialists.
