The GM, Neil Pownall (on the left), has over 30 years of experience in the mining sector, having worked locally and internationally in operations and maintenance roles. He has worked in both underground and surface environments and has held various positions, from being a fitter to being the GM of the largest ground support division in the southern hemisphere at the time. Phil Cole (on the right), the Director, has over 15 years of experience in the mining sector and is a qualified Mining Engineer and First Class Mine Manager. With over 5 years of experience in underground manager positions both locally and overseas, Phil understands clients' operational needs and focuses on safety, risk mitigation, and fast turnaround times. He has a clear vision of the mining industry as a positive force in the world and a great place to work.
